You can now customize information available on the Lead Board Cards. Use the new 'Settings' gear icon on the Lead Board to select what information is viewable on the Lead Board cards:

You now have the ability to add custom fields to Contacts. Contacts now has a 'Custom Data' tab similar to Units, Companies and Leads.
