Filter the Project Grid by Timeline. Use both the new Timeline Filter and the Timeline Column under Column Options for easy identification.

"Territory Map" is now "Unit Map" with upgraded unit tracking.

  1. New Unit Icons - Making identifying seeds and open locations versus pending projects easier than ever.

2. Color Coded Branding of Unit Icons:

a. Click on Administration

b. Select Concepts in the expanding menu.

c. Select the concept you would like to edit.

d. Select the color you would like to assign to your selected concept.

e. Click Save.

f. Colors now show under the Unit Map Legend, when filtering, and as the
colored icons on the unit map.

3. Easily navigate question sections in assessments - our new 'question-jumper'
simplifies the process of getting to the assessment sections you need quickly,
eliminating a ton of scrolling. The jumper is created automatically based on the
questions and sections you create in the assessment.

and states to custom fields without having to manually enter dozens of options.

c. Click New to create a new custom field.

d. Enter a name for your field.

e. Select either Single Select List or Multiple Select List from the 'Type'
dropdown depending on how many options should be selectable.

f. Select either Country or Country/State(s), depending on what options
should be selectable.

g. If you select Country/State(s) you will then have the option to select a
'Default Country', as well as the option to make that default Country
editable.

h. Make sure to indicate whether or not the field is required, as well as
the Area where you would like your custom field to appear before
