Favorite a Development Report View - Now you no longer need to scroll through the Development View dropdown to find your favorite views! Access them from either the top of the dropdown or directly from the Reports page.

  1. Navigate to Reports>Development Report

  2. Select the View you wish to favorite from the available dropdown options.

  3. Click the small yellow star in the top right corner of the dropdown to favorite that view.

4. Favorited views will now show at the top of the dropdown and be marked by an
asterisk:

5. When navigating back to the main Reports page, favorited views will show at
the top, in the 'My Favorites' category.

Dropdown Filters for 'State' now Sorted by 'Starts With' instead of 'Contains' - We've revised our sorting mechanisms to be more intuitive based on client feedback. This new mechanism can be found in all areas of the system where 'State' filtering exists.

As an example, when typing 'Ma' into a state filter, top results will now be 'Maine', 'Massachusetts', etc. instead of 'Alabama'.

New Custom Field Type for Currency - Custom fields given the field type of 'currency' will have a dollar sign added to the front when shown in grids, and can only contain numerical values.

  1. Begin by navigating to Administration>Custom Fields

  2. Select 'New' in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Type the name of your custom field.
4. Select 'Currency' as the Type.
5. Select the system areas in which this custom field should be housed.

6. Click 'Create' once you have filled in all required fields.

7. To edit your custom field, navigate to the area in which you housed the new
field.
8. Click 'Edit' on the Custom Data tab to edit your amount

9. The new field type can accept decimals but no other non-numerical values or
special characters.
10. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to save your edits.

Your changes will be reflected on the Custom Data Tab, as well as back on the grid, as long as you have that column selected to be shown:

Associate a Concept to a Company - For our clients with multiple brands, you'll now be able to associate that brand/concept to companies for easier tracking of ownership.

  1. Navigate to the 'Companies' tab and select a specific Company.

2. Navigate to the 'Companies' tab and select a specific Company.

3. Click 'Update Company' once you have completed your updates.

4. You can now view the associated Concept back on the Company Grid.

View 'Actual Open Date' in Project Grid - 'Actual Open Date' timeline dates can now be selected as a column to view in your Project Grid.

1. To add 'Actual Open Date' to your grid, select the Columns Menu in the top right
corner of the grid.

2. Select 'Actual Open Date' by checking the box.

3. See the column now reflected on the grid:

Sorting on the Development Report - You can now sort various columns in the Development Report such as Current Milestone, custom fields, even timeline dates by ascending or descending order.

Simply add which columns you would like to see on the report and click the header bar to sort. For timeline dates, you'll need to click either Estimated, Actual or Planned Dates by which to sort:
