Manage Lead Source Email Subjects- We've added administrative functionality to be able to map lead source emails coming in to the system to lead sources,
Navigate to Administration>Lead Email Subjects in the sidebar to the left
To create a new mapping, click the 'New' button in the top right corner of the page.
3. In the popup window that appears, type the Email Subject of the emails that will
be parsed into Synuma.
4. Select the Lead Source to which leads coming into the system with this email
address should be mapped. Remember that this list come directly from the
customizable Select List titled 'Lead Source', which is available under the
Administration tab.
5. Click 'Save' to save your selections and complete your mapping.
6. To edit a pre-existing mapping, click the Edit button associated to that line.
7. To delete a pre-existing mapping, click the downward facing arrow and
select 'Delete' form the expanded menu.
Edit Custom Fields from Development Report - Users now have the ability to edit fields from directly within the Development Report by clicking on the field itself, which will pull up the Custom Field box for quick changes.
Navigate to Reports>Development Report
2. Click the blue highlighed link of the field you wish to edit. This can be an
empty field, or a field populated with data.
3. In the popup window that appears, make the desired changes to your
custom fields.
4. Click the 'Update' button in the bottom right corner to save your changes
and update the report.
View Data for All Years in 'Units by Phase' and 'Estimated Openings' Widgets - Whereas previously data was displayed per year on these widgets in a selectable dropdown, we've now added the ability to view data for 'All Years', which will appear as the last dropdown selection.
Navigate to the Dashboard
On both the Estimated Openings and Units by Phase Widgets, you can now click the dropdown to select 'All Years'
Increase Maximum Allowed Task Duration - Task duration is no longer limited to 250 days on any single project task.
Filter Unit Grids by One or More Team Members - All team members assigned to any team member roles are available for selection in the dropdown.
View all Projects in the Project Grid - Our new multi-select filter allows you to also view 'Dead', 'Completed', or 'On-Hold' projects.
'Comments' Available to View in Project Grid - 'Comments' on projects can be edited from the Basic Details tab, and can now be added to the projects grid for easy viewing. It is important to remember that 'Comments' are different from 'Memos' and can not be pulled into reports in the same way.
New 'Location' Filter on Project Grid - Our new multi-select filter allows you to see all Locations associated to a particular unit.
