We are excited to announce the first version of our Outlook Integration for SiteZeus Sell, designed to streamline and enhance your sales communication experience. With this integration, your workflow becomes more efficient, connecting your SiteZeus Sell platform with Microsoft Outlook for a seamless sales process. Here’s a look at what’s new and how it will improve your sales communication:
What You Can Do with Outlook Integration: Version 1
1. View Campaign Emails in Outlook When you enroll a lead in a campaign, the associated campaign emails sent to the lead will now be visible in your Outlook account. This integration allows you to keep track of all campaign communications directly from Outlook, making it easier to monitor and manage your outreach efforts.
2. See Your Emails Sent to Leads in Your Microsoft 365 Account: You can now see your emails sent to leads directly from your SiteZeus Sell platform using your Microsoft 365 account. This means you can leverage your existing email infrastructure while ensuring all communications are logged and visible within Outlook.
Steps to Enable Outlook Integration
Navigate to User Settings:
Click on your name in the top right corner of the SiteZeus Sell platform.
Select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.
Enable the Integration:
Find the box titled ‘Sales Email Outlook 365 Integration’.
Flip the toggle to ‘On’.
Authenticate with Microsoft Outlook:
A Microsoft Outlook login popup will appear.
Enter your Outlook login information (email address and password).
Choose whether you want to stay signed in with the ‘yes’ or ‘no’ prompts
What’s Tracked and Visible with the Integration
Sending Emails from SiteZeus Sell:
Emails sent to leads from SiteZeus Sell will appear under the ‘Lead Emails’ section on the Correspondence Tab.
These emails will also be visible in your Outlook Sent Items folder, provided you have the Outlook Integration enabled.
Campaign Emails:
Emails sent as part of a campaign will be visible in the ‘Campaign Subscriptions’ on the Campaigns tab.
With the Outlook Integration enabled, these campaign emails will also show up in the Sent Items folder of the associated Sales Owner’s Outlook account.
Lead Responses:
The assigned Sales Owner will receive these responses in their email address associated with their SiteZeus account. Note that this feature will be further enhanced in Version 2, where responses to emails sent from SiteZeus will be viewable directly within the Correspondence Tab.
