In addition to automatically tracking annual bank holidays and project open date anniversary's, the Synuma Calendar can also track any number of custom events, which can be set up as easily as a double-click.
Add a New Calendar Event
1. Click Calendar in the left navigation bar.
2. Double click the date to which you would like to add an event. Use the toggles in the top left to navigate forwards and backwards, or select the date from the Calendar icon dropdown. Use the buttons in the top right to switch views between the Day, Work Week (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), Week, or Month.
3. In the popup window that appears, title your event. The box for 'All Day Event' is automatically checked, however, unchecking the box will allow you to select a time during which this specific event will occur. Selecting any kind of 'Repeat' for a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly occurrence will prompt selection of how often the event should occur and when the reoccurrence should cease. You can also optionally enter a Description for the event and select and Event Type, which will color code your event. Click Save at the bottom of the popup to save your changes.
Edit a New Calendar Event
1. Double-click the calendar event you would like to edit.
2. If this is a recurring meeting, a popup window will appear which will ask if you would like to edit the single event occurrence, or the entire series. Making your selection will bring up the window to edit.
3. Make your edits and click Save at the bottom of the popup.
